Website Hosting
We develop and maintain websites on SSD Cloud VPS (Virtual Private Server). The host server stores all your websites files and makes them accessible to visitors accessing your website domain. This ensures visitors have a secure and enjoyable experience when visiting your website.
Website Maintenance
We maintenance your website for you. Any updates required are made by us. Contextual info, graphics, ads, videos, server updates, renewals, backups, dns, software upgrades, site security enforcement are all taken care by us. We don’t abandon you after creating a website. Website Support
Once your website is launched to the public your website support begins. You simply send us the info, article or media you’d like to be published and we update your website for you. We make all necessary server, software, and plugin updates. We constantly evaluate, test, and improve each site we design and develop. If your website requires additional attention past your plans included hours, we offer additional webmaster support billed hourly at $35/hr.

Website Workflow
What to expect during the creative steps.
1. Consultation
We communicate by email, phone, or text, establishing your project goals.
2. Submission
You send us all the copy text information about your companies services or products you’d like on the website. If you have any media files (logos, photography) or a specify design style those are submitted as well. You can choose to pay the total cost of website development upfront. If you would like to be on a 1 year payment plan your monthly credit or debit billing auto-pay authorization agreement must be signed and returned to us. We only accept credit or debit for 1 year repayment. If you’d like to pay by cash, paypal, or cashapp, at least half or all of total project cost payment must be submitted before project is started. For more information visit our accepted payment methods. Your project is not started until billing information is received.
3. Website Design
We design the websites UI (User Interface) Design. This includes choosing color schemes, element positioning, navigation, hyperlink colors, element features, columns, grids, icons, font faces and general user experience. Each website is designed using responsive design techniques. We normally create 3 versions per website: a mobile, tablet, and desktop version. Depending on the visitor’s device the appropriate version is displayed to them. Once the UI (User Interface) Design is completed we send you digital screenshots for you to critique. Any adjustments are made, once the websites UI (User Interface) design is approved we can then start coding the website.
4. Development
The websites hosting server environment is setup, wordpress is installed, website mysql database is created. The mysql database is used to store all the websites information. Administrative login accounts are created. We code the custom wordpress theme style using CSS, PHP, and animations/effects using JQUERY. WordPress plugins are installed and tested at this point. We test the mobile, tablet, and desktop versions of the website for bugs or errors. You are sent a link to the testing website for critique. Once the website is approved it is ready to be deployed to the public.
5. Deploy
The website design and development is stable and ready for public viewing. The website is ready to be submitted to search engines (Google, Bing etc). The website marketing plans and advertisements begin at this point.
6. Updates & Support
Once the website is live to the public your website support begins. The website is ready to scale up or down. Additional pages or posts can be edited, deleted or created. We offer unlimited updates as long as it does not exceed 5hrs/mo. If your site requires more than 5hrs/mo., we offer additional webmaster support billed hourly at $35/hr. We make all necessary server, software, and plugin updates.
